Stretch at Bison is a multi-generational wellness experience offered monthly to women across North Texas, spanning six generations (Silent, Boomer, Gen X, Millennial, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha). It creates a safe space for women ages 13 and up to come together and reset their body, mind, and soul, with animal encounters, a wellness market, and light refreshments. Come dressed to move. Wear fitness attire in one or more of our six official Stretch colors (solid only): Black, White, Gray, Soft Pink, Lavender, Olive Green.

From morning, unfolded.
10:45 am
Gates open. Check-in, welcome kit, iced matcha or lemon water.
11:00 am
Warm-up, yoga-into-pilates flow, cool-down.
11:50 am
Breath work, guided meditation, prayer.
12:10 Pm
Brunch and conversation. Letter to yourself and prayer card written on-site.
12:40 Pm
Walk down. Plant a seed or tie a prayer card. Saddle-and-tack photo wall. Lasso station. Feed the animals.
1:00 Pm
Leave feeling grounded and centered.

Stretch is part of the social responsibility programming at Bison Ranch, which is why we keep tickets accessible rather than priced at what a half day wellness retreat normally costs. Bison Ranch is also a working event venue, and Stretch is held on a Saturday once a month, which is our most requested day for private bookings.
When a client reserves the property on a scheduled Stretch date, that month's class will move. Registered guests are notified directly and given two options: transfer to the new date within the same month, or roll the ticket to the following month. We recommend confirming the date on this page before each class.

The Theme
The theme is "TRUST" Mansion tours. Yoga into Pilates. Brunch and inspiration panel discussions. Prayer and journaling. Ranch animal encounters. Social time and shopping at the open wellness market.

Come dressed to move. Wear fitness attire in one or more of our six official Stretch colors, solid colors only, so when we gather, everyone reads as one room.
